I was amazed at how fast this company handles personalized orders! I had already resigned myself to the fact that my gift would be late! To my surprise they under promised and over delivered! Needless to say we were all thrilled!

I had trouble checking out on your website but you promptly followed up with me thru email and phone and gave me the new account discount. Person on the phone was wonderful, warm and helpful. It really feels like you are a business that cares about your customers.

On line store was easy to navigate and order. I am not that savvy with the computer so if I can do it anyone can.

I always buy embroidered bunnies for almost every new baby I know. I got other family and friends doing the same for others. My son, nieces, and nephews even need multiple bunnies for home and school because they love and carry them around so much. Wish there was a large, neutral size bunny though.

I've have ordered from NAB for years with much satisfaction. I only had a problem once and that was taken care of very courteously ( it was caused by Hurricane Sandy and not even NAB's fault !). I can highly reccomend this company and this site.

Initially, when I tried to place my order, the item I wanted was sold out, which I confirmed with a call to customer service. When the item came back in stock, someone was nice enough to call and let me know - which I had not requested - so I could place my order right away. So thoughtful and helpful!
