Holiday Shipping Information
The majority of orders for in-stock items during our peak season are shipped within 24 hours. All orders are shipped from our warehouse in Baldwin, New York - so allow 1-3 business days for delivery of orders to the East Coast, 2-4 business days for delivery of orders to the Midwest, and 4-5 business days for delivery of orders to the West Coast. Other locations will vary from 2 to 20 business days. These delivery times are estimates only, and are subject to freight carriers performance, adverse weather conditions and other factors.
USPS Priority Mail, USPS First Class Mail, FedEx Home/Ground, and Federal Express are our standard methods of shipping and can vary from 2-5 days for delivery. However, we also offer the opportunity to use faster shipping options including Expedited (1-3 business days), Two Day (2 business days), One Day (24 hours), In-Store Pickup (Call to Schedule), and Same Day Delivery (if available in your area). We've negotiated significant dicounts with our carriers for these faster shipping options and pass the savings onto you to make them more affordable. So, if you need it fast, and don't mind paying a few extra dollars to ensure delivery in time, these are great options.

Orders Including Personalization and Custom Embroidery:
Personalization and Embroidery require an additional 2-3 days to prepare for shipment. Please take this into consideration when placing your order to ensure delivery in time for Christmas.
We guarantee delivery by the dates listed above, subject to adverse weather conditions and other factors that may impact our carriers ability to meet delivery deadlines. In the event your order is not delivered on time as promised, and there were no adverse conditions that caused the delay, we will glady refund 100% the shipping charges you paid.
We stock nearly EVERY product we sell, and keep a lot of everything in stock! Knowing that information is power, we do our best to provide you with as much information as possible, especially with regard to availability of our products. We know how important it is to be comfortable knowing that your order will arrive once you've made the decision to buy your products from us, so we make sure you know if there are any availability issues with any of them. If a product is out of stock, we'll show you that information right on the item page. We'll also show you when we expect to have more ready for shipment to you. Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. Protectorates, APO/FPO:
Because of the nature of how the USPS delivery system works, extra time is often required for delivery to these locations, especially during the holidays. We strongly suggest that you place your orders before Dec. 18th to ensure delivery to these locations in time for Christmas.
We continue to offer delivery to International destinations, however, we cannot guarantee delivery in time for Christmas, with the exception to military APO/FPO's.
