My son Nate was killed in a car accident at age 15 this past October. My 5 year old nephew told my brother not to be so sad because Nate was an angel and that was a good thing. When I placed the order they told me they could not fit all of "our angel Nate" on the gown. I told them the story and they got back to me saying the embroiderer would remove the gowns and get them done like I ordered. They even expressed shipped them so they would be here by Christmas. A small business with a big heart is what America is made of! Thank you so much for going so far above and beyond. It helped so many get through this first Christmas without Nate.

We usually buy gifts from another big online retailer that has fast shipping but the NA Bear products were out of stock! I was worried about getting things in time for Christmas but their shipping was very prompt! Gifts were expertly packaged and the outside of the box was plain. This is important because one of the dolls was for my 5 year old who would definitely notice if there were pictures of dolls on the outside :-) Of course, the items were amazing quality and I will definitely recommend them again!

Just two weeks before Christmas I was searching for a plush bunny with a music box. I found a North American Bear Co musical bunny on other web sites but it was not listed on your website. I called and asked about the product. The customer service representative searched for the product without success. He stated that he needed to check the warehouse and would let me know if the musical bunny was available. He promptly called back with the news that the bunny was discontinued. I chose to order the musical teddy bear and was pleasantly surprised at the free shipping. The teddy bear arrived at our granddaughter's home in plenty of time for Christmas.,
