ORDER STATUS

If you know your order number, you can track its' status by clicking on the QuickTrack link and entering your Order Number. If you don't know your Order Number, you can still track the status of your order by logging into your account or clicking on the My Account tab at the top of the screen. The Recent Orders section of the My Account screen displays your five (5) most recent orders, including their current status. For your complete order history, click on the "View my order history" link at the bottom of the Recent Orders section.



To see the details for any order, click on the Details link next to the order.

The following is an explanation of the Status indicator for your orders:

  • Backordered - At least one (1) item on your order has shipped, the remaining item(s) on your order are awaiting shipment.
  • Canceled - All items on your order have been canceled.
  • Completed - One (1) or more items on your order have shipped. Unshipped items, if any, have been canceled.
  • New - You order is in our warehouse being prepared for shipment.
