We had the name personalized on the bunny and this time the personalization was in light blue thread which tended to blend in with the bunny's ear. I prefer the white thread. It would be nice if the customer was given the choice of color thread upon personalization. Thanks!

Easy to order

The item I ordered came far sooner than I expected, especially since the child's name was embroidered on the doll's dress. I was thrilled with the good service.

A bit of a disappointing experience as this order took over 5 months to fulfill. I didn't feel that I was kept informed of developments or even that the situation was ever clearly explained to me so that I understood why I was waiting. However, speaking with customer service on the phone after receiving my order was much better and does encourage me to purchase from this company again.

I will definitely be purchasing more items here over the years. I could not be more pleased with the service and the products. So happy I found this place.

I called a couple times to check on the status of the delivery. The salesperson was very helpful, and spoke respectfully with me. I love this company and will continue to use these toys for future baby gifts. I loved the pancake frog/cat that have the small blankets attached. I hope that you make more options for these in the future

This product was everything it said it was. Very soft, perfect for little hands and mouths. Nothing that can come off and get choked on. Even her hair was made of the soft material that the body is made of. Loved it. Received the product quicker than I expected which was great because I didn't have to worry that it would be here in time for Christmas. Thank you North American Bear Co.

The purchase and delivery were without panic or worry. I did ring them once and they tracked the package straight away to reassure me of the delivery. Everything was great. They had the different options for the dolls and were able to embroider the dresses but someone wrote one of the names wrong on the handwritten card. Thankfully the name was correct with the embroidery though.

These are so cute and my son has loved them since he was an infant. He's 4 four now and still plays with them. I wish they weren't discontinuing them.
