Abstract:
Noninvasive methods have be developed for quantitatively measuring the elastically properties of tissue. Several applications in artery, heart, skin, and lungs will be described. At same time, the researches around this domain in Mayo Clinic are introduced as well as the possible potential clinic applications will be presented.
Biography of Dr. Xiaoming Zhang
Dr. Xiaoming Zhang received his B. Eng. degree in ship engineering in 1983 from Huazhong University of Science and Technology (HUST), Wuhan, People’s Republic of China, his M. Eng. degree in 1986, and his Ph.D. degree in 1990 from the same university.
